Because we have ingredient suppliers that cannot confirm that their products are gluten free, we cannot state with certainty that our cheese is gluten free. However, if we do add any wheat or gluten to our products, we mark it clearly on the label: “Contains Wheat”.

We recommend consuming the cheese by the date that is on the package. The product may still be good past that date, similar to eggs or milk, however we do not guarantee product past the date on the package.
Yes , the cheese can be frozen for 3 months. However, freezing makes the texture slightly crumbly after thawing. Also, be aware that the cups may become brittle when frozen and can crack.

Yes, for safety and best quality, the cheese should be refrigerated at all times, when not being consumed. We advise that when serving guests, cheese is safe unrefrigerated for 2-4 hours, and remaining cheese can then be safely returned to the fridge.
